Burgundy Marinade

The Dr. Pete's Burgundy Marinade of Burgundy wine, herbs, and spices was Dr. Pete’s first product and still a best-seller.  Use it to marinate beef, chicken, pork, fish, or venison.  Add it to mushrooms, onions, stews, or rice dishes. 

Dr. Pete's is a company, based in Savannah, Georgia which makes delicious marinades, sauces, salad dressings, and the famous Praline Mustard Glaze. Dr. Pete is the name of a real person - a physician in Savannah - who loves cooking as much as practicing medicine. For the last 20 years - he and his family have been bottling a variety of his recipes - and selling them under the brand name of Dr. Pete's.
